Commission Terms of Service

PAYMENT

➤All payments will be done through Stripe secured email
➤Payment will not be taken until the commission sketch is approved of by the commissioner
➤Invoices will be sent to the provided email once the sketch phase is complete
➤Refunds are non-negotiable once the sketch payment is recieved
➤Base prices for all commissions are non-negotiable. Payment plans for larger commissions are available during inquiry.
➤Commission completion time ranges from 14 - 60 days due to commission queue and artist circumstances
➤Commission Inquiries will become null after two weeks if no follow-up information has been sent to the artist
➤YeenBean Supreme Discount Holders are limited to collaborating with one aditional discount holder for any commission

CHARACTER WORK

➤I will not replicate other artist's artwork that is not of your property.
➤Complex Character Designs are subject to an additional complexity charge
➤If there is no character reference available, a character design fee will be discussed during commission inquiry
➤All changes are to be decided on the sketch phase; once the coloring phase has started, no changes aside from the base color will be accepted or additional complexity charges will be discussed

COPYRIGHT

➤The artwork created is for personal use only; inquire with YeenBean Studios regarding commercial use rights
➤By commissioning YeenBean Studios, you accept the appearance of all artwork on the artist's professional portfolio and social media (with proper ownership credit of characters shown)
➤Under no circumstances are commissions allowed to be used for AI Content or NFTs
➤All commissioned work is considered property of the commissioner and artist equally
